These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pixlander Studios website and client account portal. By creating an account or using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in method secure.

2. Bookings, quotes and payments

Quotes and invoices are provided through your account. A non-refundable retainer may be required to reserve a date, with the balance due as stated on the invoice. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

3. Deliverables and galleries

Edited photos and video are delivered through private online galleries. Access links may be password protected and may expire. Please download and back up your files promptly.

4. Copyright and usage

Pixlander Studios retains copyright to all images and footage. You receive the usage license stated in your agreement or invoice.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are stated on your agreement and invoice for each booking.

6. Limitation of liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure or circumstances beyond our control, liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid.

7. Changes
